DSCO made the right decision to offer business development advice in addition to day-to-day accountancy advice. You are good in this role. The discussions we have had over the past couple of months have made a real difference to the way I feel about running a company. For me, the simple task of indentifying genuine personal and business goals and relating these to a business plan has put working life into perspective. Your guidance in this has been vitally important. I now have a specific, measurable, achievable 5-year plan with short-term “treats” and an exit plan. This has made me much happier with the day-to-day running of the company, enthusiastic and optimistic about the future and has really made a difference to the business already.
